OPERATIONS MANAGER (DURBAN, PART-TIME)

This is a part-time role for an Operations Manager based in Durban. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our hospitality and cleaning services, coordinate staff schedules, ensure compliance with industry standards, and uphold the highest levels of service and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Experience in operations, hospitality management, and staff coordination
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance
• Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Experience in hospitality or cleaning services is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own a motor vehicle
• Preferred age range: 25-35
